It really breaks my heart that so many people are deceived in thinking they can claim God and/or Jesus and make up their own rules and lifestyle. Many truly believe that Jesus is pleased with their sin, that they are right with him and are headed for heaven. In the name of this false love and Jesus they have created, they believe as long as they are happy, everything is okay.
Be not wise in your own eyes, fear The Lord and turn away from evil. -Proverbs 3:7
They think they are wise, but they are foolish. Foolish in rejecting the one who created them.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction. -Proverbs 1:7
Those of us who know Him and know the truth, should feel sorrow for the lost souls who reject Him and His way. Although, we must proclaim to them that they cannot claim His name and live in sin. We must not shrink back as the world bullies us into keeping our mouth shut. Satan is the author of this campaign, to make every believer fearful of preaching and proclaiming Christ and Him crucified, for our sins, that we may be saved from sin and death. The world is becoming more and more hostile against those who truly preach, live, and teach what the bible says and will not conform to this world. Those of us who have made a decision and declaration that the Word of God is living and life and we will not turn from it are being marginalized. People need to hear that they are not safe in making up their own goulash of spirituality and calling it Jesus or God. They have created for themselves a false Christ.
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. -Matthew 24:24
Believers!! We must be like Ezekiel, a watchman on the wall warning that the enemy is active, deceitful and here to kill, steal and destroy!! Do not let the world trick you into being silent. Loving others many times will necessitate truth that they do not want to hear. God did not say, “Do not preach the gospel if they do not want to hear it…” We must not go away in shame and silence.
fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. -Isaiah 41:10
We cannot be ashamed of the gospel. Pray, ask, seek, knock and God will grant you courage and boldness.
